Congregations: Two: Moscow and St. Petersburg. They are not registered, as the existing Russian law requires a 15 year period of probation for new religious organizations. Their plan is to register first as a secular organization and after one year of positive educational work to apply for registration.
Meetings: Twice a month. Services are lay led but some UU ministers agree to participate in the "Remote Minister Project". Email sermons are read by members.
